How to Rent a space

8ft x 10ft floor spaces and some 10 x 10

$40 for 2 days all new A/C area, Saturday & Sunday

Outdoor spaces 20x20ft $10 a day.

Tables are $5.00 EACH per day or use your own

Booths with Electrical outlet: $5 extra per weekend. Only certain booths have electric

Booth sizes and rental rates may vary at the discretion of management

• You  may schedule a rental by phone 918-246-5008
•  Booth rental and setup available  8:30am Saturday/Sunday 
• Outdoors 8:00am on Saturdays and Sundays to set up your space
• If more time is needed for indoor setup you can make arrangements for Friday to move in from 1:00pm to 5pm by calling 918-246-5008
•  Open to the  public on Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Payment due Saturday morning 8:30am on the weekend you plan to rent 
• Booth rental rates on Saturday and Sunday will be $50 per day for a 8ft x 10ft space if not prepaid, pending availability

• DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION OR APPROVAL.
• All reservations require NON-REFUNDABLE pre-payment in advance for each space
• All rental payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Payment ONSITE Saturday 8:30 am at check-in, cash,money order or credit/debit card

• Payment by check can be paid at office, but check must clear before Saturday prior to booth rental

                If using credit/debit card, you can call 918-246-5008. A fee of 2.75% will be added to rental rate

                                               Walmart is near by and has full banking services available. 

• SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 8:30am
• SPACES UNOCCUPIED BY 9:00 A.M. SATURDAY or SUNDAY ARE SUBJECT TO RE-RENTAL
• Removal of booth items may begin at 5:15 on Saturday and Sunday. ALL VENDORS/RENTERS MUST REMOVE ITEMS & VACATE THE BUILDING PROMPTLY AT 6:00PM WHEN THE ALARM WILL BE SET
• Video surveillance is onsite at all times with a monitored alarm system

• The Oklahoma Tax Commission requires ALL vendors to collect sales tax on ALL items sold. The current rate is 4.87%.
  
• Tax ID numbers are not required, but are recommended by the OTC.
  
• Tax forms are always available at https://www.ok.gov/tax/Forms_&_Publications/Forms/Business/index.html with instructions on how/where to submit the sales tax reports.
